In a view of the current efforts and precautionary measures aimed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we, at Medicentres are ready to serve you through Telemedicine Service in the comfort of your home.

Below you can quickly find how you can access our doctors over the phone and the potential benefits of our services.

WHAT IS TELEMEDICINE?

Telemedicine is the use of telephone (with or without) video conferencing to enable healthcare providers at a different location to provide health care treatment to you and/or consult you about your health care options and decisions. Telemedicine allows Medicentres Polyclinic to provide services to you that may otherwise require you to travel long distances. Your participation in any telemedicine consultation is completely voluntary.

HOW IT WORKS?

Our doctors at your local Medicentres clinic can evaluate and treat you by simply consulting with you over the phone, without you attending the clinic. We do not outsource to any third-party providers and connect our patient’s call with our own doctors available at our clinics in Motor City, Jumeirah Park or Al Furjan clinics. Moreover, required medications can be delivered to you, through our pharmacy partners.
